“Awesone peaceful place for families”
Very pleasant and great experience! The place was amazing especially for those who travel with kids like us. In the middle of beautiful countryside where you can meet cows and sheeps all the time.

Everything was really nice and cozy! They put great effort in preparing everything according to your needs! We came with a 1 year old and they had lots of toys, a baby bed, a baby chair,.. and even more! We had a great time!

“Perfect for two”

“Stunning view and cozy apartment”
Lovely stay! The apartment is huge. Stunning view from the balcony. It was sad to leave this place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need, even a complete kitchen with a few amenities as coffee and juice. The host shared maps and guides as well, which we used a lot! Easy to park and ride, close to Innsbruck. There is a supermarket in a 10 minute walking distance.

“Great place to stay near Innsbruck and most local places of interest.”
Apartment was light and spacious with nice large balcony facing city of Rum in the distance. It was quiet, excellent place to rest. Complementary vine, coffee and apple juice was nice welcome. Kendra is professional, well organized, always there to help if she can. She also provided complimentary bus pass for all of us which was great way to visit downtown and local museums. Spacious bathroom separated from the toilet was really nice. It was a bit chilly in apartment but still comfortable.

“Astounding view”
Lovely view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There are many parking spots in front of the house. Good public transport connections to the city.

“Great place to stay in a quiet location just outside of innsbruck.”
Kendra, the host, made a real point of ensuring we had all of the information we needed before arriving. She greeted us on arrival, even providing toys for children to play with for the duration of our stay. The apartment was beautiful and location on the farm created a quiet and relaxing setting for our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again for a return visit.

The accomodation is great, even better than the pictures show. It had everything we needed and everything is new and super clean. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and really determined in helping us feeling comfortable. Oh and I can't forget to mention that the view is amazing!

“Amazing!”
The apartment is a truly gem. We traveled every day in every part of the Tyrol, and that balcony was our relaxing place. Te eat a delicious kaiserschmarrn in the morning with that beautiful view…. Mrs Kendra is an amazing host, she helped us with everything. We had our Welcome Card for public transport and cable cars, we are grateful for this stay.

We spent three nights at Karlshof. The apartman was far better than expected, fully equiped with evertything we needed - even an electric grill on the balcony! As we were there with our son they also left some nice toys for him which we found really nice gesture. The location is superb you may relax and enjoy the nature but if you want you can reach Inssbruck downtown in ten minutes. Absolutely recommended!
