“Great city location”

Lovely big apartment in the historic central square. The hotel - Stage 12 - had a reception 24/7 and were very helpful and friendly and all spoke excellent English.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Innsbruck, just next to the Golden Roof and the old town. The check-in was smooth and the communication with the host was quick and friendly. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spotless. It was great to have restaurants, shops, and attractions just outside the door. Perfect choice if you want to experience Innsbruck on foot.

The appartment is ideally located, in a busy but quiet place. In the heart of the city, you can go anywhere by foot. The accomodation is very clean and all the equipments are very recent.

The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere and plenty of food options are just downstairs from the apartment. The view on the main square is pretty nice

“A pleasant surprise in a perfect location”

The pluses - the people at the hotel, especially the guy "I am greeting you" :). He literally ran to help us - the honesty in the posting saying there was no view. No deception there - the place was larger than most we have stayed in - it was sparkling clean and looked to have been recently renovated - laundry machine! No dryer but there was a drying rack - the location. This should have been the first thing. It is literally in old town - parking was affordable if you get the hotel to give you a ticket - it was really really quiet which was nice given it's location in a busy area The neutrals - the instructions said the wifi code would be on the router but it turns out there is no router and no code is needed - you enter the apartment by going through the smeck Cafe. The door to the apartments is not marked - when they say no view they really mean it. I see how it could be really stuffy and hot in the summer but we were happy to trade no view for quiet sleeping and it was sept so temperature was fine All in all we enjoyed the apartment -
