Very close location to the Inn river, host personality was great and helpful, easy access to property, close to bakery and town centre, better view of mountains than expected out of rooms

The communication could have been better. This is not only due to the host, it's Booking's system also. All communication was with Whatsapp, but Booking sent me an important message about extra payment through the app that I didn't see.

The location is excellent, you have 5 min walking a supermarket, cafeteria and downtown. We stayed two nights and it was awesome. First Mischa was always trying to make you feel comfortable, the communication was good, the self-check in was easy as well, besides it has a parking spot if you have a car. The apartment was clean with full kitchen. I think is a great choice if your looking to visit Innsbruck. He recommend a couple of restaurants close to the apartment with typical Austrian food Stiftskeller is a great option to have dinner. I highly recommend to stay in this place, we were a family of four and it was suitable for our needs!

It is only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt, and there's a good supermarket at the top of the hill and a brilliant bakery/café less than 5 minutes' walk! The apartment is also nice and warm! Emil was very friendly and helpful, giving us some good tips on what to do in and around Innsbruck, such as going up the cable car at Patscherkofel and eating at the Stiftskeller restaurant. Also the ski jump at Bergisel is worth visiting - they even have their own cake! The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Netflix was available on the television as well as many German and Austrian channels.

Small but well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Fantastic location a few minutes walk to the old town, with a bakery and supermarket close by. Having our own washing machine was an added bonus! Emil was very responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

Neat modern apartment. Clean, good facilities with comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the great coffee machine with enough coffee supplied. The washing machine was clean. The location is good, just a short walk across the river to the Old Town and restaurants.
