The staff went above and beyond to allow us to get our bags in an hour early and that was really appreciated and convenient for us to do our shopping before shops closed for Sunday and Public holiday

The apartment was in a nice spot about a 25 minute walk into town in one direction and a 35 minute walk to Ambras Castle in the other direction. The main bedroom and balcony had gorgeous views of the mountains.

The apartment is very comfortable, there is a separate bedroom, it's located very close to bus stop. The kitchen is equiped with everything you may need. It's just perfect 😊

We got detailed instructions how to get and enter to apartment. It was really easy. Large apartment, many windows and light. Just like on photos.

The property was spacious and had good links to transport. You could be in the centre in less than 10 minutes. Shops near by for groceries.

Very close to Bus stop - hardly a 5 minute walk. It is in close proximity to the main station. There is a huge terrace with mountain view and it is wonderful to watch the sunrise in the morning :)

The pictures shown are for the wrong flat. I had booked specifically looking at the pictures which show a big balcony. But to my surprise there was no balcony in the flat i booked. And no reply or resolution was provided by the host. They ignored the complete thing. Pretty bad mattress too. No basic amenities were provided.

Location was good. Easy to get into the centre - could walk too. Apartment size was good. People in the office on the ground floor were very helpful. Beds were comfy and the place has a bath which was great for children.

The apartment is of a great size. 2.large double bedrooms and good sitting area. Roof terrace is very large and gets the sun most of the day. Great to chill after a day of walking. Billa supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Train station 20 minutes walk. Bus stop outside to Nordkette and Igls. Old town about 30 mins walk. Ski jump walkable too.

Fabulous apartment, with amazing views of the Alps. Very spacious, clean and exceptional value for money. Near shops, public transport and tourist destinations. Innsbruck has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The apartment is over the road from an excellent outdoor swimming and sports facilities with 5 pools, slides and diving board, our family loved it. Excellent communication before and throughout holiday from booking company and owner.
