excellent apartment, very clean, has everything you need and close to one of the ski resort. Bus J is so convenient to reach Innsbruck or the mountain.

A friendly host welcomed us on arrival. The apartment was just perfect for our two night stay and had everything we needed. It was clean and we slept very well. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The host is very friendly. Even before our arrival, she had prepared us a Innsbruck Welcome Card, which allows free use of public transportation—a bonus!

The apartment Is in a lovely position, next to a very nice park, in the nature and facing the mountains north of Innsbruck. Door to door, Innsbruck historical center is reachable in 20-25 minutes by bus. The landlord is always available to cover any needs of the guests. With respect to some previous reviews, please note that the soap for dishwasher and washing machine was available, as well as outdoor hanging lines to dry clothes.

“Everything is good”

It takes only 10 min with bus J from the apartment to Innsbruck downtown. With the guest card the host gives us, free public transportation, very convenient for tourists. Also a pizza place right downstairs. Grocery store just 5 min walk away.

“Perfect stay in quiet location for exploring Innsbruck and surrounds”

Great location that was safe and quiet. Close to connecting bus lines. Hosts were very friendly and set up an Innsbruck travel card for us. Clean apartment with all required amenities and a comfortable bed. Nice restaurants in the area and supermarket near by.

Lovely apartment and very close to hiking trails, with a peaceful garden out back. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating, even providing us with extra linens when asked. Kitchen was well-equipped and comes with a dishwasher and washing machine.

“Amazing place and amazing service”

The property is literally in the lap of nature surrounded by lush green trees, chirping birds and a small water stream nearby. From a location perspective, it is the best place to stay for 3-4 days. The owners are very caring and warm and were always up to help with anything we needed.

“You can have a good time here”

The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, warm, and clean. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, bathtub, and hot water available 24/7. The hosts are friendly and attentive. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, utensils, microwave, and kettle. A washing machine and clothes dryer are at your disposal. In front of the house, there is a trampoline where children happily jump, while adults can relax on the green lawn in the evening. There is a parking space under the windows. A supermarket is within walking distance, but you can also drive there. Not far from the apartment, there is a bus stop. With the bus, you can reach both the city center and two opposite slopes. From the apartment hosts, you will receive guest cards, allowing you to travel for free on public transportation in the city. The city offers a rich cultural program. There are many museums and a palace in the city. For mountain enthusiasts, there are plenty of hiking trails. You can find a lot of tourist information from brochures and magazines in the apartment. You won't be bored.

“Great choice”

Everything was just perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a short skiing/ snowboarding trip. The location is great, very easy to commute to Innsbruck with free buses. There is a ski/ snowboard rental place just across the street and it takes 15 min with a bus to get to the nearest slope. The Italian restaurant just below the apartment has delicious food. We spent a lovely few days there.

We spent a week there skiing in Stubaital valley, and it was a very comfortable stay for the three of us. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities, has a parking place right by the window, the surroundings are very nice and location very quiet. A couple of good restaurants and ski rental within 5 minutes walking, 15 minutes by bus to Innsbruck, 2 minutes by bus to the nearest ski slope, 40 minutes by car to the huge Stubai gletcher skiing area. Everything was perfect
