Everything was perfect ! Helmut and Margharet are very nice and welcoming. The apartment is very confortable and all furnished. You can park easily next to the house. The location is in the country side next to Innsbruck. We enjoy a lot !

“Beautiful stay in peaceful town”

The location is 30 mins outside Innsbruck city center at Lans, but buses runs every 10 minutes till late in evening Lans is just out of the fairy tail books, we loved the place, it was quite, peaceful, beautiful Just the way we needed, outside the chaos Apartment is also spacious, it is 1 bhk with ample space He gave us the option to keep the luggage after the checkout

“A Perfect Stay Near Innsbruck”

The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking — truly to die for! This place offers amazing value for money. Helmut was incredibly helpful and provided us with the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which allowed us to travel in and around Innsbruck for free using public transport. The location is very well connected. The tram station is just a 1-minute walk from the house, and the bus stop is about 10 minutes away. Tram 6 takes you directly to Innsbruck and offers a scenic ride through the forest with beautiful views. You also get your own private entrance and complete privacy throughout your stay. The property is equipped with everything you need, and the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. We visited during the summer and went on a lovely short trek from the back of the house to Lanser See, a charming lake nearby. The house was neat, clean, and exactly like the pictures. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable stay near Innsbruck!

Helmut is a very kind host. The apartment has everything that you need to have a fine vacation. Good bed, compleet kitchen & livingroom, nice bathroom with shower, terras and private parkingspace.

Everything! The location cannot be beaten! The views of the mountain from the terrace were so special. We enjoyed watching the little birds feeding and chirruping on the terrace, gazing at the mountains, looking out over the fields and breathing the fresh mountain air! We did loads of hikes in the area and swam at Lansersee (10 min walk from our door) The tram 6 and J bus made getting around so easy. (Just one bus and one tram right to the apartment from the airport too!) Good supermarket at Igls just two tram stops but easy, beautiful walk, too. The apartment was private, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the key safe so check in was easy. The owners sorted out our Innsbruck Welcome cards before we arrived so all our transport and lots of activities were free. We used it for free cable car at Mutters, free bike hire, all transport and discounts on Patscherkofel cable car. Such good value! Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was on the highest level. It's easy to get to Innsbruck by bus from here. Very picturesque place and kind host. Strongly recommend, 10/10.

The apartment is located in a superb location. Lush greenery and farmlands all around. 20 mins to the centre via bus/tram. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a huge balcony with wonderful view of snow clad mountain peak. Hemlut was a great host responding to every query we had. Would love to be back!

We looked for a place to stay for one night near Insbruck and found this apartment in Lans. Everything worked well. The place was easy to find and the check-in process was simple.

Fantastic apartment in magical location. Very rural feel yet so well connected to Innsbruck and local tourist attractions. The apartment living area and terrace are much larger than I expected. The perfect location, kind hosts and apartment facilities give off an air of calm and relaxation that most luxury hotels strive for but can never quite achieve. A true home from home. It's fair to say we loved our stay here. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we next travel to the Innsbruck area. Just wish we'd booked for longer. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a wonderful location. Spacious and comfortable. Good wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. Nice sun terrace at the back receiving afternoon sun. Only 100 meters to tram stop which runs down to Innsbruck. About a 10 minute walk into Lans which has 3 pubs/restaurants. Helmut is an attentive host.
