Tesla chargers for electric charging, easy to get to from the highway. Quality room and bathroom. Friendly barman was a nice welcome for a cold beer after a late arrival.

“Not bad”
Nice room. I think all rooms have small balcony. Very nice breakfast with mountains view. The bus stops nearby, but the bus goes every 30 min, you'll have to walk for more center-bound buses. Overall not bad for a stay for two.

The room was nice, clean, had a small balcony and a mini fridge. The staff offered a complementary bus pass available for the entire stay, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to go downtown and to the airport.

“Was excellent, now.. Not so sure.”
Easy access throughout Innsbruck with public transport and check in and out really easy now, but the system isn't integrated, 'is this your first time here?' Surely they should know I have stayed recently and fairly regularly for the last 10 yrs! It is a really good hotel, but some small details sadly let it down...

“Nice hotel for reasonable price, free parking.”
We have got a nice, clean and big room. Breakfast was diversified and tasty. Free parking was in the front of the hotel. I went to the sauna but 2 were not working. Sauna set was for free (a 20 eur / ID deposit is needed). Close to shopping center and petrol stations. The bus stop is just outside the hotel.

The view from the room was amazing :) Staff was helpful, and if you're staying 3 nights or more, you get a guest card that lets you use public transport for free, as well as some other offers and discounts.

Bus stop right outside into town and direct to airport. Room was fine with nice bath and hot water. Quality and volume of buffet breakfast was good. Plenty of it. Good value for money large modern hotel. Also near motorway junction but not too near!

“Nice features, but overpriced and below expected 4-star standards.”
The free parking was very convenient and made traveling much easier. We also appreciated the public transportation cards, which were a great bonus and allowed us to explore the city comfortably. The modern lobby bar created a very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The rooms were stylish and welcoming, and we especially liked the nice colors of the walls, which gave the space a modern and cozy feel.
