“Excellent- highly recommended”
The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and perfectly situated for shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the upgrade - we were relocated to floor 15 and got spectacular views. Room large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also varied and of good quality.

“Great hotel but very noisy during renovations.”
The hotel was well located to the station and the centre of Innsbruck. We had a nice room, and the facilities in the room were good. The buffet breakfast was good and there was a large selection to choose from.

It was only a short walk from the Station. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and well provided. The views from the room windows were unbelievably spectacular. Would recommend.

A bright, spacious, staff friendly, clean hotel just a 5 minute walk away from Innsbruck train station. Public transport outside the door and just a stroll to the old town.

Definitely good location for sightseeing, public transport and getting to and from the airport. We had a lovely mountain view and no noise. The big bed was super comfy. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

“Very pleasant and efficient - would recommend”
Everything at hotel was great. Very friendly and attentive staff. Modern good sized clean room. Great view. Close to old town without being noisy and close to rain station. Good breakfast with good choices.

The location is very strategic, only 5 minutes to the shopping area, ample room (28 sqm), car park very easy just below the hotel, breakfast excellent

Business Hotel and large tourist groups. But reliable, clean and downtown Innsbruck. It can’t get wrong. Very friendly staff.
