The beds were comfortable. The livingroom was very nice to relax in with the very comfortable recliner and nice electric fireplace.

We were not really looking for a log cabin experience. Nevertheless, when we found Ingonish Chalets, we were smitten. Ingonish Chalets delivered by giving us a beautiful experience, meeting our every expectation. The interior design was comfortable and fresh. We enjoyed the soft beds and clean amenities. The location was excellent and private. It was cat friendly, even though we didn't bring ours in the end.

Love the log cabin feeling, you can smell wood when you walk in which adds a nice feel to the place, it has such a cozy vibe inside. Bed was very comfortable, cozy living room to sit back and watch some television, plus the location is beautiful, and convenient.

We made our own breakfast and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a comfortable place.

The TV did not work. This was significant as a particular show was to be watched that occurs only once a year. It was not our fault or problem. It would be nicer to have a real person meet , greet, and send us on our way.Lovely site and location.

Comfortable bed and high ceilings kept this small facility from feeling quite so small.

We stayed in one of the stand-alone chalets. We were worried... but it was quite lovely! Clean, well stocked, decent beds and pillows. Check-in was smooth...pick up key at house/office mailbox. Easy! Cute path to an amazing beach...my favorite part!

Good location to visit Cape Breton NP. High ceilings and wood everywhere - I like it. Everything was in place as advertised

Nice comfortable chalet, coffee maker, toaster and water kettle in room. Easy check in and check out. Short distance to town (by car) and short walk down to the beach.
