The worst vacation in more than 10 years. Our Genius Level 3 status confirms that we travel a lot, but we have never encountered such terrible service and attitude. This property is constantly relisted under the pretext of changing prices or conditions. At the time of booking, it had 3 reviews (June 2025); by the time of writing this review, there is only one left. At check-in, we received the house in acceptable condition. It has been rented out for a long time and has its flaws: in the photos on the platform you can already see damaged laminate in one of the rooms, scratches, chips around the house. The IKEA furniture is very worn. It never occurred to us that we would need to record absolutely everything on video upon arrival—and even that would not have helped. We were accused of stealing frying pans, toys, and of excessive water usage. We were also accused of damaging the laminate, which is clearly already damaged in the photos on the platform. The same photos show that there were almost no toys in the playroom to begin with, yet we were shown photos from two years ago as “evidence.” This was an absolutely horrible experience, which resulted in us losing a €1,000 deposit. The pool heating did not work—the pool was cold anyway. You will simply lose your money. I would like to say that you should carefully record all defects on camera so you can argue later—but it’s pointless. We provided evidence with photos from their own listing, as well as from other platforms showing all the defects—there was zero reaction. They understand that you are unlikely to go to court in another country over €1,000. I strongly advise staying away from this place.
