“Lovely, unusual property with great views”

We stayed at thr property on the first night of our hike on the GR131. Fabulous area with beautiful, dramatic views. Comfortable room, good shower, lovely little terrace where we ate breakfast. Great restaurant.

“A breathtaking landscape and some relaxing walks.”

We liked a lot the landscape and that we had some options to walk around the house to see the beauty. We liked the terrace in front of the house and that it offered privacy. We liked the style of the furniture and the incursion in the past caves. It was a good place for relaxation, to observe the huge stones, the flowers, the trees, the cats and to walk around all the property, and to have a good restaurant so close to us. We liked also a shop there where you could buy some gifts for your friends.

“Ok for the price, but cold”

The property is truly unique and in a beautiful location, and it is very cheap for what you get. It is basic, but we expected this. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and so so nice!

“Magical apartments built into the rock”

This is a stunning mountain experience. It feels cut off from the hustle and bustle in a good way. The area is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had enough equipment for self-catering. When we arrived in the rain in mid December we were worried that our cave rooms were going to be cold but they were very toasty. Beds comfortable. Everything clean and tidy. It was a great stop off on the GR 131. I don't think you can access it by public transport so you'd need to be walking or in a private car.

Authentic rural great mystic place

This is a corner of paradise. The hosts are charming, their garden is beautiful, the birdsong is enchanting and the food delicious. We would certainly return. Thank you Horst and Ernesta

“Unique experience”

The location is great. It's in a quiet valley on the island. It's almost completely silent up intil 10 a.m. with only some bird sounds. The evenings are quiet as well and offer great stargazing opportunities if the skies are clear. The scenery is beautiful. Be aware that the location is a far drive from the nearest town, so plan any groceries in advance. Having the restaurant nearby is nice. They offer good meals for fair prices. Check-in is also in the restaurant. The appartment itself was very clean and so were the dishes. Air conditioning is provided. The bathroom is fine.

“Living in the gorge”

The absolute calmness in the middle of the nature - beautiful gorge, a very unique place to stay. There is a nice restaurant in the cave few steps away. The caves lie perfectly in the Barranco de Guayadeque, with stunning views of the valley and nature. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and even a little terrace in front. There is a "cave" restaurant that serves as the reception and offers an affordable, delicious dinner and opens at 10 am for some breakfast.
