The apartment has everything we needed apart from a kettle. It’s close to a bus station, so easy to reach even if you’re not driving.

1. Cozy, clean and quite spacious. 2. There was always a free space on the street next to the apartments to park the car, and even if there wasn't space on the street, there was also a free parking lot at the beginning of the street, also a cheap gas station opposite the apartments (1€/L). 3. There were two big grocery stores nearby.

The location was good for us. Stores, parking, bus stops were all in short distance. Everything we needed was there. Easy self check in.

It is a cozy, welcoming, spacious and bright apartment, exactly as it appears in the photos. The location is quite good with the possibility of finding a parking space very close to the entrance to the building. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Everything very clean and tidy. If I had to recommend something, it would be nice to place some hangers, where you can hang your clothes, near the entrance door to the apartment (considering that there is so much space for that). This location is a very good starting point for exploring the absolutely amazing Gran Canaria island if you have a car at your disposal.

“Modern apartement, close to the airport with fast internet”

It is a modern apartment, close to a bus stop that we used to go to the airport. Fast internet connection! Close to a new Mercadona and Hipodron food market.

The host was really polite and gave us all the instructions prior to check in. The instructions were very clear and the apartment was excellent. It was well equipped, clean, spacious and close to supermarkets and petrol stations. Generally we were very happy with our stay and would definitely visit again.

Good value for money. very easy access to the main motorway, well equipped kitchen and apartment, great for families, easy parking, sometimes directly in front of the main door, washing machine are definitely a big plus , drying clothes over night on roof terrace was amazing

The apartment is located in a small town where there are not too many tourists and where you can find a lot of playgrounds for kids. The closest one is just a few hundred metres away and is suitable for smaller as well as bigger kids + as an extra bonus, it is equipped with a clean public bathroom. There are 2 big grocery stores a 5-minute walk away and 2 petrol stations can be found right next to the stores (as well as a car wash). Since Ingenio is a rather quiet town, the traffic is very quiet as well and there are normally several parking spaces available in front of the apartment building or on nearby streets. In case you plan to travel between the airport by bus, the closest bus stop is only a few hundred metres away and the bus ride to or from the airport costs only 1.4€ per person. The apartment has all the necessities except a cooking oven and having a floor fan was really great as it did get very hot inside even in February. Having a washing machine on the rooftop area and being able to hang the clothes out to dry was fantastic as everything got dry in a matter of hours.

“Visit Ingenio, if only to meet the nicest locals ever.”

The apartment was clean and nice with a great roof terrace to have breakfast on. Very detailed info on check in, and a really good experience, even if the beds copuld have been a bit better. We only stayed for two days, but could have spent more time in Ingenio because of the EXTREMELY friendly locals. Everybody said hi in the streets, the people who worked in the store started conversations with us and bore over with our helpless spanish, even a drunken man with few teeth stopped us in the street – only to tell us where to take the bus to Las Palmas, and which bus was the quicker one.

Ingenio has a nice central position to visit the island if you have a car (if you don’t have a car it doesn’t make sense to stay here as it’s quite hard to get the most of the attractions of the island)
