“Was horror”
The worst hotel experience ever. The place was filthy, with no windows – you literally feel like you’re suffocating. The noise was unbearable all night, I couldn’t get any sleep, and to make things worse, the shower didn’t even work so I couldn’t wash. I even heard mice in the walls. The food was spoiled – apart from the jam and butter, everything else was inedible. Absolutely horrible conditions. I trusted the rating and made a huge mistake. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.

“Great location”
Very close to shops, shopping centres and restaurants. Staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Great position in a lively area in Inegol where you can have a safe walk till late at night; direct entrance from the parking. My room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

very spacious, clean , comfortable , located near historical sites and heart of the shopping centre. massive car park backs into the hotel on level 3 and you just walk in and there is no charge for hotel customers. staff are also very friendly and helpful. nit to mention it was good value for money. will be back.
