“Functional overnight stay on route between cities.”
The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful. Room was large. Breakfast was ok. Free car parking directly outside the property was just what I was after.

“Best value with some issues that were manageable”
Best value for lodging near CWRU. 20 minutes to campus. Would have had to pay almost double anywhere else. Rooms were decently clean. We slept pretty well. Breakfast was adequate and satisfying. Loved having all day drinking water and hot water/coffee that never ran out and was always hot. All the staff were very friendly.

“This was a great place to stay especially for a last-minute trip.”
Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The room was a very nice size. I always look at the condition of the bath towels. They were in very good condition with no old stains or signs of wear. My travelling partner gets very cold and it was good to see that the air conditioning/ heating unit was working perfectly. The selection and quality of the free breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

“A place to rest your head.”
I liked that it was close to the highways. It was in a safe area. The hotel and the grounds were well kept. The staff were friendly. Restaurants were close by to the hotel.

The room was too warm and we couldn’t get the temp down. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The experience would have been okay except for the heat problem.
