The room we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows allowed us to have an exceptional sleep. The shower was incredible.

Staff went an extra mile to meet customer's demands. Breakfast was very good although I think more pao de queijo should be offered. I also liked that there was alcohol gel inside lifts and gloves were provided in the breakfast self service area. Gym was very good but needs more air circulation during covid pandemic.

“This hotel tries to be what is not.”
The location is a little bit far from the center so you need to get a taxi or Uber. The room has good space with a comfy bed. The bathroom is nice, however, the shampoo and soap provided were outdated. The gym has a good set of equipment nice for a good workout. The pool was a deception, very small and dirty. The sauna was not working at the time. Breakfast is kind of basic. The Wifi is terrible for working and if you want a better connection you need to pay. The overall feeling of the hotel is, somewhat poorly taken care of.
