The bed and sofa are the most comfortable I’ve slept / sat on. Very close to the airport, the spa was also a highlight. There is a bar with live music that’s beautifully designed. I loved that there is a food hall with family friendly food and good prices. There is also a CU on location which came in handy.

“Unbelievable”
There’s a lot to like here; it’s vast and pretentious, yet stunning. A real feast for the senses. Concierge go above and beyond to please. A true 5 star establishment. Courtesy airport shuttle was great - 5 mins from terminal 1, around 20 terminal 2.

“Holidaying at Paradise City”
The Cimer spa is the best experience here I reckon (we checked in on a Monday). I felt so relaxed and calm after going there. I liked the range of activities at Paradise City. There is always something to do or somewhere to eat. The cleanliness and quality of services was fantastic. The rooms we got in the purple wing are spacious and the customer service was really good. The staff were very helpful. I noticed there were air purifiers (or room diffusers) throughout the venue which made us feel comfortable walking around since some of my friends are sensitive to smell (e.g. smoking, restrooms, food smells, bleach, etc).

Would like to enquire for the future. We were three people and when I booked , automatically gave me 2 rooms, and there were 2 double beds in one room. I have noticed families in the opposite room. Just wondered why I had to pay for 2 rooms if we could have shared but must admit my daughter Kelly Loved being alone in the luxurious room It is a really beautiful hotel. Loved it Thank you so much Would appreciate a response, please.
