“Disastrous organisation for transfer from arrivals to checking at transit hotel. Wasted two hours. Otherwise excellent.”
Everything except location . The directions from terminal 2 to terminal 1 where the transit hotel was were definitely not made clear . They are VERY far apart. It should be made clearer on booking.com that there are TWO transit hotels and for customers to book the one and the same terminal that they arrive at. I saw many many other travellers just as frustrated as myself. The transfer took up two hours of everyone’s time that they would otherwise have spent enjoying their transit hotel rest.

“A great overnight stop, but allow time to navigate the new security checkpoints.”
Location with in the airport meant not needing to go through security or take shuttle buses, etc to and from accommodation.
