The staff look genuinely happy and are keen to help! The went out of their way to double check things and make things more comfortable for us. Food was good too! I would totally stay here again.

What really stands out is the human touch and the incredible hospitality. The staff are wonderful and genuinely eager to help in any situation with a warmth that makes you feel instantly welcome. Daily housekeeping kept our room absolutely spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and its amenities is top-tier. The dining was another major highlight, especially the buffet breakfast. Every dish was made with incredibly fresh, top-notch ingredients, making it feel much more like a premium boutique experience than a standard airport hotel. On top of that, the hourly shuttle service runs like clockwork, taking all the stress out of transit.

Very clean, excellent service, good fresh salad choices at the buffet. Very nice to have a light healthy meal ! Really liked that the shuttle bus driver checked which terminal we were flying from….ensured no mistakes!

Near the Incheon airport but it doesn't mean walking distance, there is a shuttle airport transfer service.
