“A perfect stay”
We were checked in promptly by incredibly helpful staff. I do not remember the name of the man who helped us check in, but when checking if we were aware we had two single beds in the bedroom we responded no he kindly upgraded our room (Which he did not have to do!) to a suite and the room was absolutely amazing. So large, very clean, bed was so comfortable. The location is brilliant we used the shuttle heading back to the hotel and it was easy and efficient. The area is perfect if you are staying near the hotel but want to experience some great fried chicken and shopping!

“Great location, snarky attitude from staff”
The location is REALLY nice for a short layover at Incheon, you have Lotte mart and Daiso near the hotel and the Uenso station extremely nearby ca 3-5 minutes. Unfortunately only 1 out of the 10 staff members we met were nice 🙃

Friendly staff, quick check-in procedure. Good location near the airport with many restaurants, fast food options and convenience stores nearby. Just one stop from ICN airport on the AREX train (station is just across the street. Beds were comfortable and perfect for a layover night.

only 7 min by train from the airport Incheon, Station Unseo is quite big and surrounding residential are has got a large number of convenience shops that are open 24h if you go to Seoul station don't miss the last train at 23:40, however taxis are not expensive, I had a ride of 25km for 25 USD

“Not happy. This used to be a great hotel. It has not been maintained properly and service is bad.”
Your website said Shuttle Service was suspended, so we opted for a Taxi. However, when I checked in, we say shuttle bus! However, we did no check for the service, as we had to leave hotel by 7:10 AM, and did not want to take any chances.
