Amazing staff who were both friendly and knowledgeable, with fluent English. Nothing was too much trouble. Convenient shuttles to both terminals. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent pool and garden area shared with the adjacent Hyatt Regency. Take a swim cap though.

Modern, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Convenient for ICN airport. Paradise City complex close by provides restaurants and some shopping and entertainment, so more to do than a usual airport hotel.

“Luxury.”
The bed was SO comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and the breakfast delicious. But the best thing was the pool and onsen (hot bath/sauna/cold plunge pool) - it was fabulous.
