Unfortunately, the owner didn't contact us. We sent emails and made phone calls. My friends and I were cycling in Mallorca, and unfortunately, the hot water wasn't working. I couldn't shower for three days. After returning from training, it was really unpleasant. We still haven't received our deposit back. Otherwise, the house is clean and well-equipped.
