“Cannot recommend. Trash and mold everywhere. At least the view to the ocean is nice.”
We cannot decide what we liked the most. The blood spills on the bed sheets, the disgusting toilette, the trash lying around everywhere or the manager who never replied to any further questions after doing the check in. Wi Fi did not work and there is mold all over the place. We didn’t sleep much as the entire place is very loud as the wooden doors didn’t really work and you hear everyone fighting with the door lock when entering or leaving the place. There was no toilet paper at the beginning, but even when we got some the water flush wouldn’t work so there’s a spare bucket which you can fill with water and use to flush. There’s a nice outdoor kitchen which unfortunately is full of trash too, the fridge is molded and stray cats use it for housing and eating the trash. At least the view for sunsets and towards the cathedral surf spot is great.

The location is excellent, the best in Insouame in my opinion. Easy access to restaurants and local surf shops. Fast to get to the main surf beach. The accommodation is simple, but comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing, so many wonderful sunsets. Ridouan the owner is very accommodating and helpful.

“Best sunsets ever!”
West Coast Hostel was the best of Imsouane! Amazing location with incredible views, super chill and familiar vibes and very friendly owners. Redouane was there for everything we needed and more!! Totally recommended for a chill surfing trip or just to disconnect :D
