The location is great and quiet (despite the construction site behind) with beautiful sunset view and cathedral spot. Hassan is really helpful and welcoming, always here to support and you ask for everything you need. The communication with the owner was flowing and helpful. Could have more furniture in the appartement and for the terrace (to enjoy it more).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from key attractions and the beach. The balcony in my room offered a stunning sea view, making mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. A special thanks to the host, Taib, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered and my needs met. His hospitality truly made my trip memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay by the sea!

The guy living downstairs really looked after us. He was quick to respond to all our messages. All the smaller gestures he did such as bring our stuff in when it was raining, let us use his vacuum to clean our rental car before handing it back. You could see the sea from our front balcony and the mountains from our back balcony. Next door is a restaurant that does breakfast and dinner. Everything is walking distance.

1 km from the towncenter, so quiet Due to a late checkout the room wasn't ready when we got there. Our host apoligized with a box of cookies. Very nice

Perfect location minutes walk from the beach and around a 5 minutes stroll to the main beach/ point. The owner was super accommodating and helped us when my friend had an accident on our second day. Couldn’t recommend enough to anyone wanting to stay in imsouane .
