One of THE best arrivals by the hosts! Despite my late arrival, they were very accommodating and spent the time to show all areas of the accommodation. Has even inspired me to want to have a stay in the future for longer than 1 night.

“A perfect place to stay in Imperia.”
We had a wonderful stay at Perla Nera Guesthouse! Davide was incredibly warm and welcoming and it made us feel like we were going to stay with an old friend. We loved our rooms and the view and location were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Imperia and hope to return one day myself.

The location is great, right on the water. Very friendly and helpful hosts, with a good restaurant on site. Easy walking distance to everything. The bonus are the private parking spots, which in this popular location could be tricky otherwise.

“Very nice place to stay”
The place was very nice, clean and tidy. unfortunately I didn't get to have breakfast as we were up and out working before the restaurant opened BUT it was a traditional Italian café so I'm sure it would have been good.

Davide, the host is a really attendive man. Fantastic host. The location is perfect, the House is really authentic and comfortable and clean. Tee, coffee, water and small cakes in the room and in the fridge. Perfect! Davide’s restaurant and food is memorable, don’t miss it🙂

Very easy check-in and a warm welcome from Davide. Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom/shower. Coffeemachine and waterkettle for tea on the floor for free use. Great service. And don't forget to check out Davide's restaurant in the same building. We had two times a great dinner and were very well served. If we ever need a room in Imperia again, will surely come back to Davide's guest house.
