Very welcoming staff and excellent facilities. Despite spending just one night I was treated like a long time customer. A rare combination of a chain hotel with all its standardised services and a homely atmosphere.

The location was good and the parking facilities were very convinient in underground garage. Breakfast choice was good enough, but service was strange. Also there was lot of restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent. It was great to have the garage for parking. Acknowledging that it was in the midst of holiday seasons and not many other hotels had availability(few hotels along that stretch of road) the hotel felt a bit worn-down (especially outside and corridors) and therefore somewhat overpriced. The state of our room as we entered added to the negative feeling.
