Our favourite part was how relaxing the property felt. It was the perfect place to unwind after days spent exploring. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and we appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at Case Vacanze Borgo Marina in Imperia. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. The property is well located, just a short walk from the city center and the port, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Imperia.

The apartment is nice and corresponds to the photos. The owner Mirko helped with taxi, waited for us from the station at a late time for which a special thank you. Near the house is a shop with fruit, vegetables, cheese, spaghetti...which is very convenient. Large beautiful and free beach 5 minutes walk away.

“Amazing location with great facilities and host”

Everything about the place is good, the location is so so perfect right at the harbour and 5 minutes from beaches and shops, 12 restaurants and 4 different gelato places, gym. The space was practical and comfortable.

“Not good”

If you’re looking to be truly amazed — this is the apartment for you. Let me break it down for you. We rented this place for 7 days and were genuinely shocked at how many basic things we had to buy ourselves — things that should’ve obviously been included. Let’s start with salt. Yes, salt. (There was no sugar either, but we didn’t need it — thankfully.) Now tell me, who uses an entire 500g pack of salt in a week? No one. But guess what? You still have to go out, buy it, use a teaspoon of it, and then either throw it away or pack it with you on your 1,500 km journey back home. Delightful, isn’t it? Now repeat that logic with cleaning supplies. Like toilet cleaner — I mean, some people do like to keep the toilet clean while they’re staying somewhere for a week. But not here. We asked the owner if there was any cleaning product available. No reply. Zero. Nada. Maybe the owner assumed we’d buy it ourselves and leave it behind as a generous gift for the next lucky guests? Same with laundry detergent. None provided. So yeah — a quick trip to the store for a €50 shopping spree on salt, detergent, toilet cleaner, etc. All for just a few uses. And then straight into the trash. What a sustainable approach! Let’s talk about the mop. Oh yes, the legendary mop. Because, you know, people stay here for A WEEK. They walk around. Things get dirty. And guess what — they might want to clean the floor! We asked about a mop (not even mentioning a vacuum cleaner — which, believe me, has never even visited this place). Silence. Again. Beautiful silence from the host. Now to the toilet paper. We were three people. For seven days. And we were graced with a single opened roll of toilet paper. Standard size. You can guess what we did. That’s right — off to the store again! The iron? A total disaster. So bad, it ruined a T-shirt. The bed and the sofa bed? Uncomfortable is an understatement. The sofa’s basically a piece of furniture begging to be retired.

The appartement is equipped with all necessities like glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Also a washing machine and hairdryer. It was very clean and lovely decorated. What we appreciated too, was that there was dishwashing liquid and toiletpaper and a bottle of water already in place when we arrived. We run a bit late on our arrival day, but still experienced a very warm and welcoming check in with the father of the host. The location of the apartment is great. 50m from the front door is a mini market where one can buy fresh veggies and fruits and all kind of groceries for the "emergency" shopping. Just about 300m from the apartment is a lovely sandy beach and plenty of small cafés and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood... We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend Mirkos place!

“Budget vacation”

A very well located location, close to most points of interest... beach, city center, restaurants, shops. The apartment is fully equipped with what you need for a budget vacation. Ok it's not 5 star but it's quite comfortable. Free parking a few minutes walk away. In short I recommend with confidence.

Excellent location, nearby paid and free beaches. There are places to stroll along the embankment. Many cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The bus is not far away, you can get to Sanrplatu in 20 minutes.Nearby there is a minimarket where you will be offered various national signs. I recommend it to everyone. ,very nice staff. I really liked everything

I stayed here for three nights whilst doing some research in the area at the naval museum. The location was perfect as it is 2 mins walk from the museum in the marina. The apartment was cosy and charming. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and furnished with everything I needed to work, rest and cook for my stay. The Wi-Fi was good and the fruit and veg shop downstairs was handy for supplies such as soft drinks, wine and pasta. I found the location to be quite and peaceful apartment from the church bell! But even that I got used to and stopped noticing! Communication for checking in and out was brilliant from Mirko and Franca and they were very friendly and helpful. Across the street is a small gallery shop called Studio Feder, which I visited and made friends with its owner, Joe. I definitely recommend you pay him a visit to look at the art he has on display. There’s no hard sell at all and he was very good with local recommendations. He speaks several languages fluently.

“Imperia best stay”

Check in was perfect, the host was really helpful with all our request. We originaly booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for a week, we head to france and came all the way back for couple more nights because it was one of the best stays we had in europe. I would really recommend this place for anyone.

The apartment was very comfortable and at an excellent location! There were lots of restaurants near by and the old town was just 8 minutes away. And when we felt like staying in we had all we needed in the kitchen to cook for ourselves.

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the central church and well connected to the rest of the old town. Super close to the beach and the port too. The apartment is well equipped and big enough to be very comfortable for 2 or even 3 people. The decoration makes it very homey ☺️

Nothing to complain of, all was exactly as described The apartment, the breathtaking location, very well heated rooms, we did not have time to experience the breakfast. Highly recommend it!

The flat is very cozy and near to the beach. It was very clean, and the staff was really kind. I recommend it for the travellers.
