“Delightful Overnight Stay”
Staff were fantastic. Caring, courteous and it was obvious they were dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Food and beverages on offer were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel was warm and welcoming on arrival, which was great as it was a cold and raining afternoon when I checked in. Lovely ambiance.

“Excellent food and caring staff but negatives outweigh the positives”
Excellent food and wine selection. Caring staff. Bed and linen were comfortable. Pillows need replacing as they were no longer plump. Room was clean and bathroom had slippers.

This was our first time at this hotel. It was wonderful, we were delighted. The people were the ones who left the biggest impression on us. The waiters, the chef who prepares perfect dishes, the maids who take care of every detail. The hotel is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location, clean and comfortable. A blend of the heritage of the area in which it is located, the food it serves and the people who are there for us to please us. Highly recommended!

The front management / Hotel boss helped me a lot, when I was sick at check-out day. I couldn't travel home under this condition and she organized a solution. I could stay in my room. That was a big help for me and more than friendly. Hospitable, friendly and professional Staff. Also the housekeeping Lady. Thank you! Modern room, Bathroom ultra modern, Clean, Air Condition modern, TV, Restaurant good and Coffee and Breakfast perfect.

“First class hotel for a short stay.”
Super friendly staff and a gorgeous hotel. They even provided us with a pack up breakfast when we had an early leave. Within a very easy walk of the Blue Lake and fortress. Also close to town centre cafes. Highly recommended.
