Our overnight Au Fila du Temps did not disappoint. The farm has been beautifully restored.The quality of soft furnishings is outstanding. The village is only small but everywhere looks very well cared for. The food with the dinner and breakfast was of good quality with a variety of things to choose from. Their own semi sparkling Red wine is delicious also.

Our stay at the “Au fil du temps” guesthouse was absolutely wonderful. The ancient farm buildings have been beautifully restored, creating an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. Jacques, Maïté, and their daughter Marie were exceptional hosts who took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed a delicious, organic, home-cooked Alsatian dinner, perfectly paired with wine from their own vineyard. It was truly special to experience such passionate hospitality. They made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely be back!

Beautifully restored century old farm house decorated with matching period furniture, ornaments as if living in a museum yet provided with full of comfort to the current modern era. Our room was restored with high standard by keeping the original archetecture yet with moden comfort. Bathroom is brand new and toilet is separated from the bathroom with standing shower & sink which is supported with the old sewing machine - what a unique and charming idea. Some of the restoration / renovation work has been done by the passionate owner himself and we could feel his love and passion and pride in every corner of the room and the house itself. Owner is such a lovely person being very attentive and caring. Breakfast is choice menu with generous choice menu has been offered. There is a court yard with table and chair where we can admire the beatifully restored building in addition to the garden behind the building where we can enjoy the neatly trimmed and well kept flower and herb garden with the benches. Village is very quiet with their old half-timbered houses emitting the full of old charm and we felt as if we went back to the past. Accomodation is a half-timbered large farm houses with exposed wooden beams. We admire such building and archetecture when we visit the village or town particulary in this region. However actually staying at such a place and putting the foot inside the buidling and seeing inner archetecture is completely different experience. It was one of a kind unique experience for us. We really enjoyed staying at this place. We can highly prase and recommend this place to all especially history lovers who can appreciate the value of such archetecture and historcal background.

Outstanding

Amazing place, like a time capsule. The farm is beautifully restored, so many hours were put in and with so much detail and love. Everywhere you look there's something new to discover, like paw prints of cats in the 18th century tiles on the floor. . Staying here is a guarantee to be amazed by the work and the detail that has gone into making this a very beautiful place! Also, we had dinner prepared with much love and homemade goods, the breakfast was excellent and the room and bed were very comfortable. Highly recommend, also for layover as a special place to discover. It's far more beautiful and special lthan the pictures suggest!
