“Great location and cozy atmosphere”
The location is superb by the lake and the beach. Short distance to all outdoor and indoor activities in the are. Facilities were really clean and the staff was friendly. The place is not new or fancy in anyway but I felt it was cozy and good value for money.

Quiet good place right on the lake in a pine forest. It is very suitable for a relaxing holiday. There is a beach and a sauna.

Excellent location at the lake, very peaceful and tranquil place. Accommodation is very comfortable and includes large dining room and kitchen with all, what You need. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Nice stay actually! :-)

“Absolutely top place to go”
Needed to clarify several items before my stay (check in, check out, payment). Satu, the lady I communicated with upfront, was very friendly and willing to help and always replied quickly. Top staff! Hostel at awesome location, cozy community room, quiet. Bathroom perfectly clean; rudimentary, combined shower and WC. But that's what I expect going to a hostel. I even had a one bed room for myself for standard price. 10 points and well deserved!

“Lovely hostel next to Finland's biggest lake”
The staff was super friendly. The beds were really comfortable and I slept really well. The location next to the lake was beautiful, and the nature was just something else. I would definitely recomment this place!

“Peaceful by lake”
This is a really good place to stay on the shores of Lake Saimaa. It was a very nice and picturesque place to stay, the hostel is right by the water. There is a big common area and kitchen It was good value for money as the price per night is comparatively cheap to most other places in Finland. I would stay again. Also, the place is well signposted but google maps has the hotel in a slightly different location so use the street address or the booking.com map
