All was excellent

A luxury hotel with very reasonable prices. While it was built in the late 90s, the hotel is very well maintained, clean, and has large rooms with comfortable beds. All essentials are supplied (unlike so many other hotels these days!) Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay again.

The property gives a very grand feeling. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and staff is very courteous. Exceptional experience!

Property advertising facilities it doesn’t offer - no pool and no fitness centre from April to end of June and a mad buffet dash from coaches of tourists didn’t make this a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and the location of the hotel was very convenient for the end point of Shimanami Kaido cycling. We were able to store the rental bike in our room overnight

The staff were helpful. The room is huge and comfortable. I enjoyed the use of the onsen. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. Walking distance to the train station.

I was overwhelmed by this hotel. Large room with views over the city, great restaurants, great staff, it was just what I needed after cycling rhe Shimanami Kaido. Great value.

Perfect stay! Beautiful, clean, excellent view, luxurious onsen and a wonderful Japanese-style garden! No complaints!

Excellent hotel with a great view from higher floors

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The views from the higher floors are fantastic. Even though there is not a lot of English spoken the staff work hard to make you comfortable and happy. You can walk to the very special castle.

“An excellent stay after having cycled the Shimami Kaido”

Hotel is very clean and spacious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very big for a Japanese hotel which was welcome. The beds were comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The castle is about a ten minute walk as is the station. There is also a bus stop at the hotel.

Spacious room, easy walk to Imabari Castle. Daiyokujo bathroom was a really good option.
