stayed for one day and left my cashmere hat in the room — it disappeared and has not been returned. The shower didn’t work properly, and I had to wait several hours to use it. I paid around €20 for the room with an iceberg view, booking last minute due to schedule changes, so I paid quite a lot. I asked if I could get another shuttle to the airport on my departure day because I was going camping with a tour. Dania was nice, but the other male colleague at the desk didn’t even acknowledge me visually. He was rude, said no and overall I didn’t feel welcomed or cared for — it felt like they were just after money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel

“Good location”
The location is very good. Next to 2 supermarkets, and there are quite a few food options in the vicinity. The hotel staff are helpful in providing information. The free shuttle service to the airport was very helpful. We love the view of the bay from the roof top where we have our breakfast.

“Great location, fantastic view.”
Apart from the recepionists at the very start all were very friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic. Dinner is delicious, thanks Daniel!

“High quality, great location”
The hotel had everything I asked for, and the location is exceptional. And they had a shuttle, that took as to the harbour, where we took the ferrry to our next destination.
