Great location, spacious and comfortable, with modern and fresh decor. It has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Short walking distance to river and new hotel. Nice outdoor spaces and garden.

Good position near pub and club. Close to river and short walk to shops and ferry to yamba. A quiet fishing village life, if thats what you are looking for.

The comfort of the entire place. Home away from home. It has a giant high definition TV you can watch Netflix and whatever else tickles your fancy. Cook a proper meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The bed is so comfortable. Shower is great. Nothing we don’t like about going here. Such cute little touches everywhere you look, like a secret garden bar hidden on the premises.

Great location , close to lots of amenities. Unit was very comfortable and modern. Beds were comfy and outside BBQ area was wonderful.

Great location, and the owner happened to be onsite when we stayed. He was very accommodating (pardon the pun!), and couldn't do enough to help if we had questions. Iluka is a lovely spot, and when we lost something in the unit upon exit, the owner went to a great deal of trouble to search for it to hopefully return it to us. Don't be fooled by the score - it's a great property to stay in. We were just 2 couples, not a family with kids, so the second bedroom was a little challenge (double bed not queen, not a problem but the mattress was a bit too soft for 2 adult bods!) - we had a great time there, and the owner has probably already addressed the mattress issue (it was a new mattress - everything was recently renovated and new!)

The small and large special touches were perfect! Bottles of water and individually wrapped tissues on the bed with fresh towels. We don’t have fur babies, but there was a basket with dog bowls etc in it. Love the huge TV with Netflix access, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer. The lounge was oh so comfy and it was nice for travellers or people staying longer, to be able to use a washing machine and dryer if they wish. Love the design of the whole Unit (3). It has everything you need and more. We met the owners whom were present during our stay and they were lovely. Pointing us in the right direction for food choices, like the local Fig Tree Chinese Restaurant at Club Iluka within walking distance. Hands down the best Chinese I’ve had. Make sure you try the hand made spring rolls and fried duck on orange sauce! Surf and turf around the corner at Sedgers Reef Hotel was also good. You’re a stones throw away from the rainforest walk, which is a 2.6km walk through littoral rainforest.
