It was relatively clean although you can see it has seen days. It has what i needed like a fridge, microwave, water heater and hot shower.

The location is well located as it is near shopping malls. The reception/guard was friendly and helpful. The best part of the unit is the washing machine , hot water, AC.unit and WIFI.

“Good but a bit disappointing”
The owner has communication lapses when it comes to instructing guests upon arrival. Late/no notice at all on how/what to expect upon check in. The host/attendant at the lobby is not hospitable and showed disrespectful manners to the guest. The guests were not informed beforehand on what to expect upon check in. This is the first experience to stay in the place and it's quite disappointing that the host/attendant asked the guest to let the unit owner know that we are ready to check in, where in fact, it should be between the unit owner and the host/attendant. Guests should be accommodated properly and respectfully.
