The place is very homey and comfy. Everything is provided and the owners are accommodating. We had a restful stay there, will surely recommend to our friends and relatives. Just don't violate the houserules! We were just sorry that we did, but our experience of staying was great! Also, the place is very clean and well-maintained, secured and complete with safety ameneties.

The unit is conveniently located right across Solana where we attended an event, it’s just a few steps away from many good food places and from esplanade. The owner is helpful and accommodated our requests.

“We will still likely re-book despite drawbacks”
The host was helpful and considerate for allowing 1 additional unplanned guest (without paying extra even after I offered), for answering questions with patience and for providing a hair blower (which, unfortunately, I did not get to use because of the brownout but it'sthe thought that counts); the interior and amenities feel premium; nicely-sized TV with Netflix which my dad enjoyed; good view; good location; fair price.

The unit was spacious enough to accommodate five people (2 per room and 1 on the sofa bed in the living room). Facilities were complete and it was very convenient to take home food from restaurants and just eat at the unit. The hosts were very accommodating as well.

Very nicely laid out apartment with everything one needs. Loads of drinking water, very clean and nicely located next to the Boardwalk and a short walk across the bridge to shopping centers and more restaurants.

Very clean and complete with the home comforts that you need. We will definitely stay again when we are in Iloilo. “Loved it”
Did not like the kids running up and down the hallway making noise and Messing up the elevator, when we checked in we had HBO and other stations then the owner canceled all but 3 stations other than that we loved 😍 the place and would recommend it
