We had a good 3 days' stay at the condo. It was clean, modern and in a convenient location. The host responds almost immediately to my queries.

We stayed for 2 nights but since my British husband liked the place, especially the soft and comfortable bed, we requested an extension of another night, but it wasn't available. The owner was kind enough to recommend another place to us which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, and the river view of this room was a great bonus. It was a very positive experience for us ✨️ 😊

The condo is exactly as advertised and so conveniently located in Iloilo. We'll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

It was very clean when we arrived and I like that we can do our laundry and cook breakfast before we explore the city. It also has a pool and gym.

The apartment was great had absolutely everything i needed, 2 air conditioners plus a fan, lots of lovely pans and pots for cooking plenty of plates a nice stove, rice cooker and microwave, the beds were very comfortable, lovely view out of the apartment looking over the river. It was in a fantastic location very close to everything, either a 10 minute taxi or 20 to 30 min walk to anywhere I needed to go. There was a 7/11 right beside the apartment, not even a 5 minute walk (couldn't have been in a better spot) the supermart was also a 10 minute walk across the bridge great location, the living area felt nice and big very comfortable also flip flops and umbrella provided plus ofcourse decent WiFi. I also liked that it was a code entry, so never any worry of losing a key. The staff couldn't have been friendler. The security was super helpful and said hi to be every morning. Not to mention, the gym was better than expected with a multipurpose machine with a decent amount of weight on it. The pool was also lovley. I was staying here to visit my girlfriend, who was on a medical elective with a company called work the world and her work the world building, was a 5 minute walk from here. Overall, I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and will be back when we visit iloilo next year.

I had a fantastic stay at the owner of unit 1918 at Spatial Condominium! The owner was incredibly hospitable and attentive, making sure that my accommodation experience was exceptional. The unit itself was well-maintained, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The owner's attention to detail and prompt communication added an extra layer of satisfaction to my visit. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable accommodation experience. 10000/100

“Perfect! Highly Recommended”

What you see on the photos is what you get in reality, or even more. Was pleasantly surprised with the very clean and aesthetic interiors, well-appointed household items, finishes, and appliances. While the unit size is somewhat smaller to what I'm used to for 2BRs (typical size for this condo), it made optimal use of the space. I'd highly recommend this place which is less than 10min away from the Iloilo Business Park too. I have booked other properties in the same building, but this is the best so far, and will book this place again if I go back. Thank you to the owners of this lovely place.

The property had a nice aesthetic and everything was well organised. There were plenty of essentials and equipment needed for an enjoyable holiday experience while feeling like home. As well as including plenty of storage locations for personal belongings, the desks were nice in acting as a simple office for working on the fly. There is also a 7-Eleven near by to accomodate for any other personal needs.
