The unit is close to the lift of the building. It is well stocked (utensils, kitchen equipment and furniture), clean and well-lit. Water pressure is strong. Wifi connection is stable. Location is near the river esplanade and is halfway between Molo and Mandurriao.

“A good base for exploring.”
The apartment was clean and comfortable. Well located. Shortish walk to nearby restaurants but used grab due to heat. Most grab journeys were 100-130 pesos. Good speed WiFi. Never had any issues with my 4k firestick. Drying facilities on the roof deck. There is a lovely walk along the esplanade just across the bridge.

very smooth check in. very reliable wifi. excellent facilities. simple, straightforward and very clean. thank you for welcoming us into your place. the host even allowed us to stay one extra day ( again, through booking.com ) since our work required us to stay on.
