A tidy small apartment, with plenty of equipment and good cooking facilities. Good shower and air conditioning. Very comfortable. Great sunset views over the hills. Good strong WiFi.

No problem seen, my room is tidy and clean before my entry. Every thing you need is there. Very easy access to my place of venue activity near the convention center just 12 minutes walk. Near besides are malls, convenience store, coffee shop etc.

“Cosy, Comfortable, Convenient”
The location is perfect, close to big shopping malls and right on the main road. The town is quiet and clean. The room is small but comfortable with everything you need to cook, a ref, microwave, storage and a spacious bathroom. Very clean with comfortable bed. Jhezz also offert us affordable bikes for rent and is available for advice in the area. Would love to stay again, thanks for everything!

“Great short stay for 4 days”
Check in and check out very easy. The apartment is very good equipped. It is near Festive Mall with a lot of possibilities to ride Jeepneys to several places of Iloilo.

This is not my first time visiting the Philippines and it was my best experience, the apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately. At the location there was not breakfast itself, but you can find +10 places with few minutes of walking to any kind of breakfast. Local or westerner.

I really do love the Palladium Tower. The apartment is near the festive walk. The room itself was brand new and had all necessary equipment that was needed to make the stay comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Proximity to the venue ICON, restaurant and other establishments. The staff are all good and polite. The rooms was very nice. We had a good time during our 4-day stay.

Everything, brand new building, nice wide pool at 3rd floor, fitness room available, close to the new Festive Mall, 3mins walk. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Large TV screen with android TV, Netflix or any other app available. Aircond, hot shower, kitchen with all tools, nice view on sunset side over the mountains. All good. And scooter renting on demand, efficient support from the host. All good 👍

“Central spot to explore Iloilo”
Great host, very communicative. Nice building, Perfect location, you can walk 5 mins to the mall for food or any supplies you need. Recommend the space is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children (for the bunk bed), we were 4 adults and a little tight but we have no complaints. The accommodation is kept very clean, wifi is good. You get what you pay for.

“Perfect Stay”
The host went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Quick to respond to messages, check in was a breeze. Pleasant view from balcony. Very quiet, not a sound during the night. Overall one of the better places that I have stayed in.
