Overall, Citadines Amigo is a decent hotel. It is somewhat dated, but clearly maintained with care, especially in terms of its interior design. The pool area is not very large, but it stands out for its pleasant look and feel. A dedicated spa area is conveniently located right next to the pool. Our room was spacious and well equipped, including a proper refrigerator, wardrobe, and kettle. The bathroom was small but functional and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was truly nothing to complain about in terms of service. The location is in a lively and more authentic area of Iloilo City, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, SM Delgado, Watsons, and several thrift shops, which makes it very convenient for daily needs and exploring the neighborhood.

I like that the location is in the heart of Iloilo City proper. The hotel amenities are clean, we love that the bed is comfy, we had a good sleep.

So many things in this hotel could still be improved starting with better cleaning of the bathroom to prevent mold growth or spots looking like mold. The nice swimming pool saved the day and the location is good in the middle of the city. Staff was friendly.
