Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hotel provides 24/7 access without any staff on site, which is very convenient. The check-in procedure was a bit tedious, but overall everything was excellent. I highly recommend it! 🙂

The automated door to the room was really hard to open. The helpline was quick to resolve the issue however.

The hotel is conveniently located near the technical university campus and a supermarket. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. All rooms have large windows overlooking the trees and the turbulent Ilm river. Each room has a keypad entry from the street. A kitchenette with a kettle, electric stove, refrigerator, and dishes is included. A spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed with two separate mattresses are also included.

Hotel is on good location,it has own parking and everything is near hotel. Our room was so clean,comfortable and has everything what is needed. I recommend this Hotel.

The two separate mattresses make it hard to sleep together as a couple. There could be one big mattress and one big duvet. Which is more comfortable.

This wasn’t our first time staying at a WMM Hotels property in Germany, and it once again met our expectations perfectly. The self check-in system was incredibly convenient, and all communications from the hotel were clear, essential, and timely. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a small but practical kitchenette—ideal for longer stays. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and the view from our window was the best we’ve ever had at WMM Hotels

“It's a Motel but it's much more comfortable than other budget hotels.”
Really big comfortable bed, fridge and mini kitchen plus a huge bathroom. Generally nicely designed and furnished. For me the location next to the university campus was fantastic.
