Only 7 km west of Tartu, this small motel in the pretty town of Ilmatsalu is located between a manor park and an artificial lake. Ilmatsalu Motell offers comfortable and quiet rooms and suites, some of which have a view of the lake. A breakfast buffet is included in the price. Lunch and dinner are available on request. The vicinity of Ilmatsalu Motell is a paradise for nature lovers. A hiking trail leads between the fish ponds to a bird-watching tower.

“Nice stay for good value”
Room was nice - breakfast was nice and good. Local people were helpfull and nice even if I got in after hours. Location was nice and quiet.

“Nice location, well furnitured rooms and big parking area.”
The hotel is in a lovely spot. We visited them in the offseason. Room was nice with view to the lake and the beds were comfy.

“Magical lake view”
The highlight of the stay is the view from the window and the surroundings. Waking up to a lake and having breakfast outside with a lake view was truly magical! The hotel location is very close to Tartu, about 10-15 min away. Spacious and free parking lot. The breakfast was very good and served at reasonable hours. The host actually asked us when we wanted the breakfast to be served. The room and bed were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I wish we could stay longer to explore the outside area more. The views are really fascinating and worth your time!

“Wonderful place in the north nature”
However the building from outside looks as industrial object, you will be surprised by kind atmosphere inside. Big windows from wall to wall help you feel wonderful nature - woods and lake only two steps behind. Rooms are big, clean and cozy. Lady from staff is very kind and helpdull. You can use the big teracce there too. Breakfest was also great. Parking just next the motell, enough of space.

A very convenient location on the way to Tallinn and an easy check-in way. The place is very clean and neat, nice style and cozy, a beautiful view on to the lake. The host is super friendly and flexible , A very nice breakfast.
