My stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, Hassan set the tone with one of the most professional and warm check-ins I’ve ever experienced. I was welcomed with a cold drink, a refreshing towel, and a detailed induction to the island that instantly made me feel grounded and safe. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with Art Deco touches that create a calm, stylish atmosphere. The restaurant team made me feel like family throughout the entire week. As a solo traveller with autism, I was treated with such care, dignity, and kindness that it genuinely moved me. I felt seen, respected, and completely at ease. The location is perfect — close to the centre with plenty of food options. When I had early-morning meetings, the team quietly delivered breakfast to my room, and the crepe was unforgettable. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen: untouched, unique, and free from the overbuilt, soulless resorts that damage so many coastlines. This island is magic. What truly sets this place apart is the humanity. Hassan even helped me late at night — on his own time — to book a flight back to Salvador. That level of generosity and care is rare. Overall, it was an amazing week of rest, recovery and healing. The owner should be incredibly proud of this team and this extraordinary place. Pura Vida!

“Great hotel, great location, best part of our vacation!”
The hotel was absolutely awesome. Right next to the beach, with modern and tasteful facilities. The staff was more than friendly, we had every of our wishes fulfilled immediately. Special thanks to Hasan, the Hotel manager, who made us feel welcome from the first minute onwards.

The architecture, location, nature. Beautiful and Deco / Modernist hotel, with a twist of local vernacular architecture such as the use of cobogos. Private suite type bedroom with a private garden/pool. Great for couples
