Overview
Located on the beaches of Masirah Island, this luxurious resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and a fitness centre. All rooms are air conditioned and have satellite TV. Masira Island Resort's upper floor rooms come with a private balcony providing a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. Rooms on the ground floor open onto the pool area and garden. The resort hosts the Masirah Wildlife Museum which showcases the wildlife of Masirah Island, 4 different species of sea turtles, over 328 species of birds and a vast collection of exotic sea shells. Azure Restaurant at Masira Island Resort serves a buffet of international cuisine. Guests can relax with a drink at the resort’s beachside Oasis Bar. Masira Island Resort offers snacks and cakes at The Sanctuary. Masirah Island is off the coast of the Barr Al Hikman area, and can be accessed by ferry.

“Quiet and remote 3 star hotel”
The staff was trying to tend to every request and the ice coffee at the pool was amazing. The location is quite remote with a massive and tranquil beach right in front of the hotel.

The location is good. I think is the best in masirah island. The staff are nice and especially manager Mr. Puran, he helps us a lot! The message you leave they will give response asap.

The bed was super comfortable the sheets and duvet cover great quality, very impressed. Lovely swimming pool. Great sea view. Breakfast was adequate. The staff in the restaurant both the F and B manager and the evening waiter were very helpful and approachable.

“Excellent location and staff on a beautiful island”
The location was excellent - right on a beautiful beach. The pool area was clean and nice. The breakfast was pretty good and the dinner was good some nights and fair others. The grilled fresh fish was our favorite item on the buffet. Real brewed coffee (not instant) would have made the breakfast much better. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

“Superb location on the beautiful Masirah Island”
Fourth trip to Masirah but our first staying at Masira Island Resort. Great location, large room with pool and sea view (it looks like all rooms have this), lovely pool, excellent food in the restaurant. Service was 1st class: would like to mention Darel on reception, Abdul at breakfast and Arif at dinner who were very attentive and hard working. If you are into wildlife, this is the place: the information available on turtles, in particular, is superb. The hotel is not brand new and you can tell by some of the decor here and there, but that's fine by us.
