The AC did not work properly. I pointed this out but they told me that they are old. I enjoyed the family run hotel as it reminded me of other hotels in the 80s. Bathroom was clean and shower good.

The crew was so helpful and patent. Helped in our (and others) every question. The location is really close to the Ferry to Valletta there are several bars around and also the view to the Sea is very nice.

I didn't like the cleaning staff, who started yelling in the hallway at 8:00 a.m. It's unacceptable that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a hairdryer in the room, when you ask for one, they knock on your door at 11 p.m. to take it back. I didn't like the breakfast, which was truly poor, with almost no sweet food, and low-quality of the other options. The elevator is tiny, and you have to queue to get up. The stairs are cleaned at 8:30 a.m., and the staff gives you dirty looks if you pass by. Reception staff have zero knowledge of information.

Location was excellent Staff friendly and helpful Good breakfast included Bathroom well equipped with jacuzzi (didn't get to use it though)

Service was good. Reception efficient and helpful. Room location good - was quiet (until bins were emptied in street outside at 5am) On site bar/cafe was well stocked with good service

Hotel is very dated and basic. The wardrobe didn't even have clothes hangers to hang clothes on, we had to ask in Reception for some. The pillows were old and very lumpy.It's also very noisy in the hotel. You can hear people walking around in the room above and outside the room. The windows had very little natural light coming in as they were facing other room windows on each sides. Not a 4 star by any means, more like a hostel

I had a great stay here. The highlight was definitely the room; it was fantastic, and the balcony views of the bay were a real pleasure to wake up to. The location is excellent—everything you need (24h shops, markets, and tour kiosks) is right nearby. Even though it's a lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants, it remained surprisingly respectful and quiet, with no loud disturbances. Service was very polite, and while the breakfast was basic, it was perfectly fine for starting the day

The fact that the room service personnel helped me with the tv and Ac query.

Was comfortable and staff was so lovely.

Location, decor needs refreshing, friendly service, clean but very worn furniture, breakfast was okay ;) budget hotel which I can recommend due to the location.

The check-in staff were more than accommodating . Just nice people.

The hotel location is perfect right in front of the sea, beautiful relaxing beach view. Breakfast is fresh just need to change the menu as it’s repeated daily. The night team member was very helpful and polite, morning team need to great the guest putting their phones on the side.In general was a great stay, recommend
