“Awful experience, very disappointed. The photos are very very dated”

Arrived at the apartment, checked in to our room to find smashed glass all over the floor - one of our guests stood on it. We told reception on our way out who said they would clean it. Arrive back in the evening and it still was not cleaned, we rang reception who again said they would clean it. Later in the evening it had been ‘cleaned’ but we still found more glass smashed so we reported this again. The pool was not like the images, cold and very small. We were below the pool and were woken up every morning with staff dragging the pool furniture outside at 6am. There was no iron, toaster, kettle etc in the room. The water from the shower did not drain properly meaning there was a smell every morning. Would not recommend staying here at all

Apartment was spacious and modern with good WiFi and cooking facilities. Baby cot was really comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Showers beds all good.

Our stay here was excellent. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and we were delighted to see there was two working showers. Fully equipped kitchen and five very comfortable beds. great safe location. Apartment had air con in all rooms which was fab, and overall very modern. Quiet and clean pool, perfect for those looking to enjoy peacefully. I would return here.

Weather appropriate bed sheets. Remote controlled A/C in the rooms was a lifesaver. Balcony access. Open plan living room / kitchen ideal for groups.

The place is in a good, relatively quiet location in Il-Gzira, offering quick access to the Strand and also to other parts of Malta, such as Sliema, Valletta, Saint Julian's. Very affordable.

The location was good and we felt safe. The staff was helpful and professional, especially Samuel at the reception desk. The apartment was spacious.

Our apartment was approx 5 min walk from the reception area, right next to a supermarket which had everything. 1 min walk out to the front road around the harbour and all the bars, restaurants and shops all close by. The apartment was great size (massive corridor to bedrooms) balcony at the front and back. Both shower rooms were clean, beds comfy, kitchen had what you needed to cook. Kids loved running up and down the corridor too the bedrooms from living area, if we were to have stayed up watching TV they wouldn't have heard it down in their bedroom. Staff at reception were helpful.

Comfy and spacious apartment. Good communication. Very clean. Great hot shower. Location good for bus and Sliema ferry to Valletta. Had a couple of issues which were sorted very quickly by the team. Small supermarket and lots of restaurants near by.
