The hotel its self was lovely new modern and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Shower was great and comfy bed Great location for walking the promenade, trips, restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect with a wonderful view and was extremely convenient to get around. They serve very good and comprehensive breakfast as well. I would like to also comment on Ivan the manager on duty (27th May) for providing impeccable assistance to our stay. Due to the roadworks nearby, he was kind enough to upgrade our room which we very much appreciated. He also provide us with luggage storage service and complementary pool access.

The hotel was in a pretty good location. It was great for me for a short stay.

“City break”

Hotel is in the narrow side street, so it was quiet. From the balcony we could see the port on one side, front was facing other buildings. Hotel is just by the port, there is an outside pool available on the other side of the road in a separate building, but we didn't use it, as the weather was not suitable yet. Breakfast was tasty with good selection of food. Staff were extremely helpful and nice! Room was comfortable and clean. Area is very vibrant, with lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel. Bus stops are just around the corner, although be mindful that buses were not very reliable.

The hotel is near the sea and 7 minutes from Sliema;s ferries. The shops and restaurants are close the hotel. A big Marina is also near. Every day we went to Valetta with the ferry, in 5 minutes. The view is amazing, the cathedral and the walls of Valetta, the boats in Marine. The breakfast was good, but needs some cakes also. The room is big and was cleaned every day.

I liked several aspects of my stay at Azur Hotel by ST Hotels. First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is easy to find, there are shops nearby, and reaching Valletta is simple and comfortable. You only need to walk around 5–10 minutes to the ferry and after approximately 10 more minutes you arrive in Valletta. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, calm, and peaceful. The beds, bathroom, towels, and the overall condition of the room were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked properly, the room temperature was good, and there was no noise at night, which made the stay relaxing. The Wi-Fi connection also worked well and the elevator was functioning properly. I especially appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the cleaning staff. They were respectful, hardworking, and maintained the room very well during the entire stay. I would also like to specifically mention Sara from reception and manager Natalia/Natasha. Sara professionally explained all hotel information after we experienced an unprofessional check-in situation, and both she and her colleagues apologized appropriately. Manager Natalia/Natasha handled problems professionally, showed empathy, listened carefully, and tried to solve issues in a respectful way. Their attitude positively influenced our experience. I also appreciate that when we informed the hotel about the issue regarding the beds, some staff members genuinely tried to solve the problem by adding extra mattresses to the sofa bed. Although the situation itself was not acceptable, I still value their effort and willingness to help. Overall, the hotel building, cleanliness, comfort, quiet atmosphere, and several professional staff members made the stay generally comfortable.

Rooms had air con, beds were reasonably comfortable, and reasonably quiet

Hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. Staff were friendly but, at times, not overly helpful. They seemed short staffed at times, perhaps this was the reason they weren't that attentive.

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean.
