“Not a pleasant experience”
The ambience. The noise from the generators in Ibis Hotel which was just next door. The price advertised on Booking.com was significantly different what I eventually paid

Okay, so on booking.com, my price was #39,750 but getting there I was asked to pay for tax rounding up to #44,800. And I'm supposed to believe that the prices on booking.com include VAT and tax. It was my first time being asked to include such in all my hotel bookings. Another thing, when I got there, I stood for 30-45mins because their front desk monitor was having an issue and they couldn't connect to my details on booking.com

Crawling and flying insects in the room showed no properly cleaned and taken care of. No toiletries and towels provided. The extension cable in the room not working 😕

“Home away from home”
I love everything the location was excellent. The staffs were brilliant and very friendly. Is home away from home. The breakfast was top notch. I love it will definitely go back again. The location is brilliant and easy to every needs. It was my first time and the staffs makes me feel at home. Always attend to my needs ASAP ❤️
