“Lovely ambiance”
First off, you need to pay to reserve your bookings, While also paying 40k for damages and a compulsory tax fee prior entering. The ac went off for over four hours during my stay. High voltage appliances could not be used during these hours. The attendant was so rude after we paid I am amazed on how they are still in business. The agreement was to pay back the money paid for damages after confirming nothing was damaged when checking out and get refunded immediately. They checked and confirmed nothing was spoilt twice and damaged before we left and promised to have the money returned. That hasn’t happened as at 8 hours after leaving. So good luck getting your money back guys! It’s a lovely apartment but I find the attendant from the booking site very distasteful, rude and crass!! And oh, there’s also a no refund policy. I will not be visiting the place again, it has more cons than pros. In response to the property below. I stand on this. I personally informed you that there was going to be a party. You responded positively when we came to check out the apartment. You said and I quote .’this apartment is perfect for parties and our pool is open for your guests within 4pm to 10pm. “ We agreed amicably. Only for you to come over and tell us at 9pm that my guests should leave! We agreed with the help of Laura and David that it was cool to stay. I infact hugged the manager. About 15 people spending the night. It is not true! The problem originated from the agent I spoke to and was aware about the use of the apartment. I personally informed him about the situation. He collected the payment and disregarded the agreement. And yes, payment received 24hrs after checking out.

“It's a tale of two halves. On the one hand you have amazing staff and the physical property is beaut”
The staff was exceptional (Laura and David). The accommodation was modern and the premises felt secure. We particularly liked the tasteful decor and the firm mattresses.
