Honestly, there was not a single thing I liked about this hotel. Absolutely nothing. My entire stay was a complete nightmare, from the poor customer service to the condition of the room, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall experience. Everything fell far below acceptable standards, and I left extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel in any way.

Our stay at Rollace Hotel has been absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived in Lagos on Friday night. From the very first interaction at the gate, we were met with genuine warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Every single member of staff deserves special praise. The gate security were welcoming and attentive, the receptionist was courteous and efficient, and the waiters and kitchen staff provided fantastic service with smiles and care. Even the cleaners demonstrated a high level of dedication, ensuring the environment was always spotless and comfortable. What truly stood out was the consistency of excellence across all departments — it’s clear that hospitality is a core value at Rollace Hotel. My stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and made even more special by the incredible people who work there. The location is great. Not far from the Airport yet not too far from the city as well. I personally like the pillows and the bed. Very comfortable and clean. The staff at front desk are very friendly. Restaurant has great and delicious food!

The location of the hotel and the proximity to the international airport. All staff from the main gate, reception, catering, and domestic personnel are hard-working, polite, and approachable at all times. The environment is very clean, safe, and secured. I'll definitely come back again.
