“Decent hotel apartment with value for money”
I like the fact the hotel is in nice location( inside estate), it is clean hotel both rooms and surroundings and has new bathroom facilities with free wifi

My booking was approved but they kept me stranded and promised to get back to me as they are not sure if the booking was still available but they never got back to me. I called several times to confirm whether my approved booking was still available but nobody picked up the call. I was left stranded with three small kids at the airport.

THE APARTMENT IS VERY BAD THE KITCHEEN IS UNEQUIPPED,HEALTH AND SAFTY RISK NO PLUGS ON THE WALLS NO BOILING KETTLE NO MICROWAVE THE KITCHEEN IS UNKEPT AND SMELLS HORRIBLE THE BATHROOM IS SO POOR THAT ALL THE FACILITIES ARE SO OLD AND CORROSIVE THE WATER HEATER IS GUSHING OUT WATER WHEN BATHING OR USING THE SINK THE TV HAS NO SIGNALS THEIR MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IS SO POORLY THEIR AC IS NOT WORKING EFFECTIVELY AND MOST OF THEM ARE TOO OLD THEIR RECEPTIONISTS ARE POOR AND LACK OF CUSTOMERS SERVICE APROCEH MANNERS

The Apartment i rented was not even cleaned upon my arrival, the chair in the living very dirty, the mattress is infected with so much stains and i got sick with infection, the breakfast was never everyday and bad administrative management .
