“Great Manager on 13/5/2026”
Staff were friendly. Manager on the day of our checkout was very kind. We were going to miss our flight and when I approached the receptionist to see the manager on duty re-our concern getting to the airport on time, the manager provided a driver and a hotel bus to drop us at the airport free of charge.. That was very kind of her. We appreciate her kind gesture. So Manager, if you are reading this, we say a big thank you. God bless you.

Not coordinated in terms of offering and the buffet stand so dirty and poorly kept. Waiting Staff were excellent but struggling with poor facility.

Ibis Lagos Ikeja is ideally located if you need to spend a night before/after a flight to Muhamad Murtala Airport. It has the standard one would expect from an Ibis hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Also, security seems impeccable, which is an important issue in Lagos. Breakfast buffet is enjoyable, but don't expect Full Continental. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. Overall, I am happy to recommend the hotel.
